October 1: #91 - End of the first 10 days

My, how time flies when you are having fun. And I am finding the challenge fun - else why would I bother? That I do believe is one of the keys to successful goal achievement - enjoy the process of change, enjoy the journey because sometimes the journey is going to take a while :-)

  • Exercise / Weight Loss: Long walk at lunch time to drop off a tender document. Shoes decided to give up though (leather split) and they will join the discard pile in the discarding 100 items in 100 days.
  • Incidental exercise: Cleaning kitchen's - always something to do when you have a house.
  • Ad-hoc spending: None. But the smells I encounter when I go for a walk is frustrating let me tell you.
  • Motivating You: Hope so :-)
  • Item posted to the discarding 100 things gallery - things lurking in the back of bathroom cupboards!!

2nd challenge email due tomorrow. Time to check in with everyone.
