October 18: #74

Monday - today is the last of the back to back training course preparation days. Perhaps I can go back to being just overworked as opposed to overworked and no time to do anything else.

Monday is also personal training day. Getting stronger, getting fitter, just not getting any smaller - I am going to have to look at every aspect of my diet and see what needs to be gotten rid of... looks like even the odd glass of wine will have to go :-(

The wireless router at home is playing up and I don't know why ... grrr technology.
