October 2: #90 - The next phase

By now you should have laid some plans and you should be modifying your daily time lines so you can fit everything in to you day. How is it working for you? For me it means being even more organised than I normally am. And because I am being accountable - not only to myself, but to you as well I am more conscous of making sure I hit my targets on a daily basis.

  • Exercise / Weight Loss: 45 minutes at the gym today. 15 minutes of weights before the cardio and abs class. So hot in the gym, I do wish they would turn on the A/C - I know it's good to sweat, but - it takes me forever to recoup the water loss.
  • Incidental exercise: Saturday today which means groceries and cleaning, and if time - gardening too. Today I decided to completely clean the kids bathroom - uggghhh. But the 30 minutes of scrubbing is worth it - well until the kids get home again that is.
  • Ad-hoc spending: Saturday means I get to buy breakfast after the gym. Coffee was fantastic.
  • Motivating You: 2nd challenge email due today - how are you doing?
  • Item posted to the discarding 100 things gallery - my worn out work shoes :-(
