October 3: #89 Sunday is training day

Hello, how are you this glorious Sunday?

My body clock is set for 6am so that's when I initially woke, but given that it IS sunday I stayed in bed for a while, eventually getting up just before 8. But that was the last of the "lazyness"

  • Exercise / Weight loss : Scales aren't moving, but that's OK, today we'll move things up a gear and get back to the long Sunday training sessions. Today's involved the Kokoda Track Steps (about 155 steps one way - I did it 5 1/2 times in total = 11 x 155), got some interesting video, then it was a kilometre walk and then up Jacob's Ladder at the other end of Kings Park (242 steps) and close to where I had parked the car. Then it was treat time and someone else got to make me breakfast :-)
  • Incidental exercise : My car needed cleaning, so that was the first job, followed by mulch moving - about 10 barrow loads before my back decided enough was enough.
  • Ad-hoc spending : Just breakfast and coffee (weekend rule)
  • Motivating you? Well I can but hope. I cleaned another couple of areas today and found a whole stack of goodies to join the discarding 100 things in 100 days gallery. But today's was a mistake - I over cooked my wheat bag and now it just smells of burning - so in the bin it went... but pic is here
