October 4: #88 - Stiff from yesterday

  • Exercise / weight loss : yesterday's mammoth exercise session means today I'm stiff. I've also just come back from a personal training session tonight - oooh boy, hip flexors complained from the amount of stepping I did yesterday, consequently I didn't have very good form in a couple of exercises today. Left shoulder also giving me trouble - still weaker than the right side... but we did it anyway, not my best effort, but it was OK. As I said to Hils I should think twice about training that intensely on a sunday with personal training the next day.
  • Incidental exercise : Lunch time walk to try and loosen up the joints. Also nice just to be outside in the fresh air. Mega tired.
  • Ad-hoc spending : None, getting good at this. However, there are 2 things I am going to need to get. One is a pair of exercise gloves - with the warmer months coming up, and not wanting to injure myself, these are a must have now. The other is a bound journal. The supermarkets just don't sell decent stationery here in Perth, WA
  • Motivating you : Daily Dose tonight :-) And the pic is in the gallery - today it is unused handbags
