October 9: #83

Normal Saturday routine.

Gym first thing, and weights. I do like to do at least 3 sessions of weight training per week, it helps define the muscles and aids in the prevention of osteo-arthritis. But because it was a glorious morning I also walked for about 40 minutes whilst waiting for the massage parlour (sounds very wrong) to open.

I needed to get my neck and left shoulder put back into alignment and I can't always do that with exercise alone - which means I failed in the no ad-hoc spending thing, but sometimes these things do need to take place.
