December 28: #3
It has been suggested to me that I need to put as my number 1 new year's resolution : down time or non-striving time. I am not known as the energiser bunny for nothing it seems, but I do tend to wear myself down and hit the wall every couple of months. So it is an excellent suggestion and one I am going to attempt to put into my weekly schedule.
But not first thing - training with my personal trainer today (hilary at Efit121 - http://www.efit121.com.au) I know I've spoken about Hils before, but she's a remarkable lady and pushes me to the absolute limit of my endurance. But that's a good thing. Quick rest and then it was off to the hills to meet up with my partner and a walk through the John Forrest National Park... probably not too far as it is very hot, but it gets us out and into the trees... balance.
