Do you know who you are?

Good morning I hope this finds you well and enjoying another day.
A quick question - do you know who you really are? I mean YOU not the son or daughter of someone, or the sibling of someone else. Have you ever been introduced as someone's partner? Well that's not you either. Who are you? Here's the kicker - What would it say on your epitaph?
Here lies?
Why do I want to discuss this today? Well if you don't know who you really are, then how do you know what you want to be "when you grow up?". Please don't expect this to be a quick and easy process, it takes time to discover who you really are.
If you are still reeling under the numerous labels it's time to shake them off and get back to basics.
For most of you reading this, you are not the job that you do, your job allows you the financial freedom to do other things. But another question - if you had to introduce yourself - how would you describe you and what you are here on this earth to do?
So how do you find out who you are, well that goes back to what we like doing. Do you spend lots of time at home, do you enjoy time spent with friends, family, the kids, walking in the bush, what do you do in your spare time? If you could do anything in the world, what would it be? Now and here is the thing, when making this pronouncement, do not add the negative word - "but" to your sentence. Because once you do that you have given your non-conscious thought processes permission to prevent that coming to you....you will not take the steps you need to take...
I want to travel the world and take photographs and write for National Geographic - BUT I don't have the time, money, the kids are too young...... or whatever else you want to add to the end of the sentence.
Once you know who you are - everything you do should support and nurture that person that is YOU. If you don't like what you are doing, then you will delay starting tasks, and you will end up living a life of regrets and in doing so you will never be YOU. Enjoy what you do, and do what you enjoy.
Remember the epitaph question? What would it say on yours?
