Indecision

Welcome to today's issue of The Daily Dose of Motivational Medicine. The e-zine of Motivateme: Breaking the Procrastination Habit. http://www.motivateme.info. Have you signed up for your daily dose yet?
----------------------------------------------------------
Procrastination is a choice, we all know that. Every decision we make every single minute of every single day is a choice. We can choose to do, or we can choose not to. It is up to us.

But what about "indecision" - Indecision does not really mean that you are between making a decision one way or the other. Indecision simply means that we are delaying the making of the choices we need to make. And this procrastination is stealing precious moments of every day. Indecision is not just about which shoes go with which outfit, but do I get up now and go for a walk or do I stay in bed and read a chapter of the book? Have you noticed when faced with those choices, you end up doing neither because you go back to sleep. Then when you do wake up, you are less refreshed, more flustered and frustrated because you haven’t done either. So now you feel guilty! Do you try and make amends by telling yourself that you’ll go for a walk tonight and you can always read your book on the train. Guess what, there’s a storm front moving through the area tonight and you will choose not to go “I’m not going for a walk in this!!”

So don't be indecisive - make your choices and go for it.
