What kind of day are you having?

So how are you today? I hope that you are well. One question though:

How do you react when you are ill?

Do you make all those people around you miserable because you are? Or do you try and but a brave face on and carry on regardless.

A comment from my personal trainer really put it into perspective for me, he noticed that I was feeling "stressed" and I told him I was having a bad day... to which he responded "you're having a bad day because you say you are."

The wisdom of the world explained in one easy sentence. And now, whenever my associate or anyone (including myself) is tempted to "have a bad day" I remind myself that it is entirely up to me what kind of day I'm having.....
