Learning from other people actions

If you stop and actually listen to some of the conversations going on around you. Listen to the way people speak and then look at the way they are standing, look at their faces, especially their eyes and their mouths.

People who live their lives stuck in negative mode, will almost always have a downturned mouth (an upside down smile), their eyes will be narrowed and they will exude pain and anger. Now go into the bathroom and stand in front of the mirror, do you have lines around your mouth?

Is your smile the right way up, or is it upside down? If you do have an upside down smile at the moment - ease your mouth back into an even line...see the difference it makes to the way your whole face looks. Now try smiling....and note the difference.

Become a people watcher. And as your words mirror the way your face looks, it becomes important to always speak in the positive.

So, whenever anyone asks you how you are, from now on your answer will alwys be in a positive way. Fine, wonderful, good, fabulous - "I'm good thank you, how are you?"

The reason is simple, saying things in a positive manner will make you feel better, more "up", more positive about yourself and your circumstances. And when you feel better about yourself, you will feel more able to do more, be more and enjoy yourself more.

So - how are you feeling today?
