Going nowhere fast: Habitual behaviour

Today and every day we have a choice, we can choose to be miserable, sad, angry, depressed or whatever else you want to call it. We can choose to eat good, nutritious foods - or we can choose to fill our minds and our bodies with junk. If you live your life on a diet of soap operas and day time TV, if you snack on gossip and back biting, I would suggest your diet needs a major overhaul. If you fill your mind with things that do not take you forward, then you are on the roundabout of life, and you need to make a decision as to which exit you need, or whether you are planning on staying on the roundabout of life - busy going nowhere - fast.

And that is why most people find it hard to smile, they know they are on the roundabout of life, they have forgotten what it was like to achieve great things, they've forgotten that life was meant to be an adventure, not an endless round of doing the same, boring things day after miserable day.

Have you forgotten how to enjoy life? Are you stuck on the roundabout of life - busy going nowhere - fast?

Then it is time you chose an exit and started living your life. OK, you may not get it right every time, you may choose a dead-end occassionally - but at least you are moving. And who knows, you may just pick the right road - the one that takes you directly to your destination. But even if it doesn't, at least you can enjoy the journey.
