We are what we ...

so if we are what we eat - could we have a death wish if we continue to consume those things that we know are bad for us?
sorry - sometimes I have a very strange sense of humour.
So how are you today? I hope you are well and looking forward to a productive and busy day.
Remember it is important to start your week knowing some or all of the following:
What appointments do you have already in your calendar?
What appointments do you need to make?
What preparation do you need to do?
What birthdays, anniversarys, major events are happening this week - do you have the necessary gifts, cards and/or phone calls logged into your planner so you don't forget to make /get them?
What work can you do on your projects today?
Have you scheduled in some time for exercise, relaxation and planning the kids return to school....(sorry for those people not in Australia - we are coming to the end of the kids summer holidays - so what school supplies do you need to get, uniforms etc etc).
Remember you cannot burn the candle at both ends and not expect the flame to go out once you hit the middle. So please ensure that you get adequate amounts of sleep, so try and ensure that you do all that you can today, so that when you leave the office tonight, you really can leave the office tonight and not have to take work home.
