"I am not interested in the past. I am interested in the future, for that is where I expect to spend the rest of my life."
Charles Franklin Kettering - American Engineer and Inventor
So where are you living? Most people I listen to (with one or two exceptions) live in the past....what they've watched, what they did on the weekend, what arguments they had...."And you would never believe what he/she said then...."
And they let the past impact on the future....by allowing the past to influence what they do with today....
So if you have a tendency to go over old ground, reliving the past hurts....well then you will never be able to move forwards....only when you can let the past go, because lets face it - what you did yesterday cannot be changed....you can't re-run the old tape, not really...of course if you want to live every day in the same way, then maybe you can....but lets face it - that would be a shocking waste of today now wouldn't it.
Watch your thoughts, learn from yesterday, and you can make movements forwards.
