A reminder as you set your next set of goals. It's what you decide not to do, that will have the biggest impact on the results that you get. So when writing your to do list for next week, make sure you write a to don't list as well and you will get a lot more done.
- I will not waste time and energy on people who do not enhance my life
- I will stay away from negative people
- I will not waste time on pointless emails
- I will not surf the net when I’m supposed to be working
- I will not pretend to be working by filling my day with things that do not matter. I will not do “busy” work that does not take me closer to my dreams, goals and aspirations simply because I am bored and cannot be bothered to start.
