You are one step away from success

That one step can be as simple as choosing fruit over chocolate, or exercise over sitting on the couch watching endless re-runs of some television show.

And that is what is so exciting about life. No matter how badly we have stuffed up to date, we have been given another 24 hours today to spend any way that we choose.

Imagine that. We stuffed up yesterday, but today we've been given another chance to do better things, make better choices, be a better partner, husband, wife, mother, father, friend, work colleague, leader. Today we can choose to sit down and get our goal lists out of the drawer and evaluate what it is we REALLY want to achieve from today and the rest of our lives. Now I don't know about you, but I have no idea how many more of those 24 hours I may have left.

I like to think i'm psychic but I'm not that good at predicting how many more days I have to my personal "dead - line". All I know is that today I have a chance to move my projects forward by 24 hours, minus a couple of hours for sleeping, resting and recuperating of course. Given that you have a whole 24 hours ahead of you to do what YOU want, what would you really be doing?

And why are you not doing it?
