Do what you enjoy and enjoy what you do

I've noticed over the last couple of days that all Yahoo email addresses are bouncing back to me saying messages deferred. If you could make sure elle@motivateme.info is in your contact/white list that would be great thank you.

So how are you today? I hope this finds you well and looking forward to another productive day. Yes I know it's the weekend, but those can be the days when you achieve the most. Do you know why? Well the days when you are not at work, or at school are the days when you do what you really want to do.....at least some of the time. My weekend so far has consisted of running around doing the grocery shopping, cleaning and washing - all necessary things. But I shall be taking some time off tomorrow to do some "me" things.

So as you go about today and tomorrow can you do me a favour and make a mental (or written) note of what you enjoyed doing. Because therein lies the key to breaking the procrastination habit. If you can leverage what you enjoy doing as a job that will pay you money, you will never again have to "work" at being at work.
