Seasons Greetings
To all the readers of the Daily Dose of Motivational Medicine, I would like to extend my thanks to everyone for making the last 12 months an exceptional one. To everyone who has joined in the discussions on the many forums, thank you for taking the time to do so, it is very much appreciated.
I wish for you a festive season full of happiness and joy, of love and caring for one another and for yourself. Because you need to care of you, so your family and friends don't have to worry.
It might sound contrite when i say this, but having witnessed the aftermath of yet another traffic accident last night, you begin to realise just how fragile our lives really are. So please take care on the roads. You may be the most sensible driver on the road, just watch out for those who shouldn't be behind the wheel and are.
Merry Christmas one and all, and "may your Gods go with you" (Dave Allen)

"Be a good human being, a warm-hearted affectionate person. That is my fundamental belief. Having a sense of caring, a feeling of compassion will bring happiness or peace of mind to oneself and automatically create a positive atmosphere."
