Struggling to write, send yourself a message

Welcome to today's issue of The Daily Dose of Motivational Medicine. The e-zine of Motivateme: Breaking the Procrastination Habit. http://www.motivateme.info. We would like to thank you in advance for forwarding this issue onto family, friends and any other interested readers.  Please note all back issues of this newsletter are available from - http://www.motivateme.info/ezine-archive/ MOTIVE + ACTION = Motivation. The reasons why you want something are no good without the steps you take to get there. We hope you enjoy reading.

Good Morning a quick tip for today.

If you are struggling to finish a report or any piece of writing, attach it to an email and send it to yourself with a few notes on what still needs to be done. If you do this last thing at night, it is waiting for you as you log back in the following morning. The notes act as a prompt and you can usually (this may not work everytime) finish the piece in a quarter of the time it would have taken you had you laboured over the words on the previous day. What I have also found is this - the words you did labour over yesterday, you will edit back anyway.

Kind Regards
Elle
