If you feel good about yourself, not only will you look good, but you will be able to get more done each day. The more you are able to do and achieve, the better you will feel about yourself.
But which comes first?
Well if you have ever suffered from low esteem you will understand what I mean when I say little or nothing can make you change your mind about how you think you look, or how you feel....
But you can always do more than you did yesterday.
Whilst this sounds like we are manipulating our inner selves, we are. But it should also be noted that we are not out to drive ourselves into goal achievement without appreciating the journey.
So realise how far you've come and what you have managed to do so far. Celebrate the success, and then take the next item on your goal list and work out what you can do in the next half an hour and do it. You will be amazed at the changes you can bring to your lives as a result.
