Break the cycle

If you want to get more out of every day you need to challenge your current routine and mix it up a little. Do something just a little bit different today, add a new step to break the routines and the habits that you currently have in your life. One new activity will set the stage for many more in the future, and once you do that, who knows how many more bad routines and habits you can break.

Why is this important?

Well the habits and routines that you currently have in your life is why you are - where you are - and if you don't change then you will not reach any diiferent conclusions (goals, dreams and ambitions).

So mix it up a little.
