Live and learn

Do you cringe with embarassment when you make a mistake? Well you shouldn't, not unless you keep on making the same kinds of mistakes over and over again.

Every time you fall flat on your backside you have an opportunity to pick yourself up, go back over what did or did not work for you and then change the behaviour so that you don't make the same mistake over and over again.

I used to think that I could diet and have potato chips in the house - how wrong was I? Now I don't buy them.

It doesn't matter what you fail at - be it spending money on things you don't need or drinking too much every night, if you remove the temptation ie., don't buy the booze and don't take the credit card with you when you go shopping, you can remove the problem once and for all.

Now please believe me when I say  it's not easy changing the habits of a lifetime, but whilst you are training your mind - it's easier not to give it the signals.
