Filling in the gaps in your timeline

--------------------------
Today's daily dose: Filling in the gaps in your timeline
---------------------------
This week has been beyond hectic. I mean a 14-16 hour working day every day. Now I am not telling you this to brag, or to make me sound like "wonder woman" because I'm not. I just want you to know that sometimes your schedule can be like mine - beyond hectic, and then it comes down to what can you cut out to make way for what needs to be there.

I will be honest with you - I have neglected a couple of things this week - namely exercise. Normally Ischedule in several exercise sessions - but this week I have had to make do with a walk at lunch time - just to get out of the office, and to give my mind a chance to rest and recuperate. Now this may be "exercise" - but it's not - make your muscles work and cardio system work harder kind of exercise - just movement. Important, but not quite good enough.

Friday is a good day to reflect on what was the week that has just gone, and to see if there are any gaps in your timeline you could have used to do things just a little differently.

Hindsight - always a good thing.

So before you collapse in a heap in front of the television this evening, can you do me a favour - and go through your mental checklist of things you did, and did not do this week - and make yourself a promise that next week - which starts tomorrow - is better than this last week. Whilst we cannot do anything about the time that has already been used and cannot be undone and re-used in any way shape or form, with a little better planning we can do the most amazing things with the time we have been alloted to us each and every day.

I wish for you a week of many wonderful things and look forward to speaking to you again soon

With many thoughts
Elle
