I am unique: Just like everyone else
No-one will have your exact same physiology, health issues, talents and / or problems. They may be similar - but no-one will be exactly the same as you. But taking a good look around you, you'd be excused for thinking everyone was alike. The "oh woe is me crowd" "the financial crisis" "why does this have to happen to me" And this of course works to your advantage.
Where everyone else may be tempted to do a little less than they should today. When everyone else is tempted to think they can't make a difference- you can stand out from the crowd in many ways:
- By offering better service than everyone else
- By treating your health with the respect it deserves
- By exercising every day
- By not making excuses as to why you can't or shouldn't do something
- By tackling some of those jobs you've been putting off
- By watching a little less television and reading a little more, or playing with your kids, or your pets or building your business, or writing your book(s) - etc etc etc
- By going to events that will expand your thinking
- By enjoying every moment on this earth you have been given
- By working out what it is you have been put on this earth to do
- By going to bed half an hour earlier than you normally do, so you can get up a half an hour earlier tomorrow so you can go for a morning walk, or having some you time before having to start work.
- Believe me, this one has a massive impact - if your morning isn't rushed, your day will go well. If you feel like you are forever chasing your tail, because you got up late, this one will really do wonders for you.
Each one of those "little" things over time can make a huge difference to yourself and the outlook you have on life and what you can accomplish.
So don't be like everyone else - be unique, be different and make a difference not just to yourself but to everyone else you come into contact with.

As a person who has a day job and a home based job, I know how hard it is to set the parameters and then stick to them. I find this especially hard on a weekend, when I have to pull in the cleaning, the laundry and do some serious work on my business - AND find time to catch up on my exercise, reading and recuperation.
But I know little things over time can make a huge difference, so try not to let anything build up.
Good luck with it all
