On Motivation
A comment from a new reader prompted today's message, and is one of my all time favourite mantras.
If you have trouble motivating yourself, you will have trouble motivating others.
There are no magic bullets to this one. At MotivateMe we're not into offering platitudes that don't work - but if you come on our course at - fill in an exorbitant amount of money - but try and offer you practical solutions, that you can use today.
If you have people who look up to you, and they're not very inspired, you may need to look at yourself and your own energy levels and output as an indicator of the state of the general environment.
Now there is always a caveat - you cannot rely on external happiness generators to create the motivation. Motivation has to come from within.
What do you want, what do you want to achieve - and the final but most important question of the day - WHY. Without the why, you won't understand why you can or cannot be motivated to do something.
Find your why and more often than not you will find your motivation to achievement.
Kind Regards
Elle
