Thinking about the year ahead

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas day (and for those of you who don't celebrate the occassion - I hope yesterday was special in its own way for you). I also hope you managed to spend time with those you love and care for, and if you exchange gifts - I hope they were everything you wanted them to be.

Today though is the day after Christmas - some people call it boxing day - and is usually another time to catch up with those people you ddn't see yesterday. For me though, the day was the start of my annual major project. Why today? Well why not today? Just because it is "Boxing day" and a holiday from work doesn't mean I can't begin the prep work for the major project.

To be fair though, between Christmas and New Year I don't have to go into work (day job) - so I have time to get stuck into something major. And I wasn't really planning to start today - we didn't actually start work on it until 3.30pm.

So that is another myth dispelled. You don't have to wait until 9.ooam on Monday morning to begin. You can begin making a change to your life now, today - no matter what the time is. And I sincerely hope you do.
