Love can counter the curve balls

Today may be Valentine's Day, the traditional day where couples and those who would love to be in a relationship can show the world their true feelings towards the person they care about. My question to you of course, is why wait for a single day, when you have every day to make a difference to the person(s) you care about.
Every day you can smile at your kids and tell them that you love them. Every day you can leave your spouse or your loved one with a hug, a smile and a kiss. Every day you can phone people you care about and tell them - don't assume they know, and even if they do, tell them again anyway, write letters, do what people do and do well....connect with other people, share time, space and energy with people who (excuse the language) "give a damn".
The feeling of "love" (whatever that means for you) is one of the best feelings in the world - in my humble opinion. Knowing that you are loved, knowing that people care about you, knowing that you have support during good times as well as bad gives you strength to keep going, no matter what life throws at you. And we all know there's the odd curve ball out there with our names on it.
So give a damn and make someone's day - every day.
