Round and round and round they go
Thoughts that is. Encircling our lives. Your thoughts form the basis of everything we are, say and do. If you are feeling down and depressed, the thoughts you have are sitting in the back of your mind, nagging you - making you feel a whole lot worse. Conversely if you think you can do something, if you think you are going to have a good day - well 9.5 times out of 10, that's exactly what happens. So thunk good things, and you will be happier and achieve far more than if your thunks are bad.
