Remember
We do tend to learn more from our failures, and the reason is simple - they can be very embarrassing. And as with most things that are cringe worthy, you remember every single last detail. You do don't you? Well in order to achieve more, you should also learn to remember the successes in the same kind of detail. What worked, why did it work, who else played a part? Remembering these kinds of details can be the bridge you need when starting out on a new venture. Yes I can do this - because I've succeeded at x, y and z in the past.
So as we move into the easter break, apart from consuming vast amounts of pummeled and re-constituted cocoa bean - start thinking about your previous triumphs, your successes, and then see if you can't apply those feelings and actions to your next set of goals.
And talking of Easter, be safe on the roads. Chocolate is not the only thing likely to be consumed in vast quantities this long weekend break. So a suggestion, do your health a favour - offer to be skipper.
With love and light
Elle
