Every day we re-create our world. Every day we wake up and we "know" what today is going to bring. Good, bad or indifferent. We "KNOW".

So this morning I am going to ask you to do something very "new age" - or you can call it talking positively to yourself if you like. I want you to tell yourself that today is going to be perfect. I want you to get out of bed and imagine what your day would be like if everything went to plan. And get specific, you know what you're going to wear to that business meeting. You know what you're going to say in the meeting, you just know that the day will be perfect - because you've designed it that way.

And then once you've done that, I need you to act on those thoughts and those images. Believe me, it really does work.
