Laugh - you'll live longer

Well I think so at any rate....

Had reason to crack up today... long story and I suppose you had to be there. But the feeling of euphoria has lasted longer than the actual time spent laughing.

Given there is so much happening in the world that can hardly be classed as "funny" at the moment, why not turn the TV and radio off - just for a while....rent a comedy, kick back with the family and have a good laugh.

Tomorrow we might just be able to see our problems with a new light.

I have a cure for a bad day- I watch Greys Anatomy on DVD which is not exactly comedy,it makes me think and I really immerse myself in the characters. If I am looking for comedy then I watch Airplane!
Hi Chris
Whatever works for you, then do it. I must admit it does depend on my mood - sometimes music works for me, other times a walk or a good book will do the trick and I can switch off. But the funniest movies I've seen in a long time included the Mike Myers - Austin Powers series. Didn't catch them the first time round...but that's what a DVD is for right.
Have fun
