Who boosts you?

Do you associate with people who naturally "boost" you? You know the kind of people who make you smile when you are feeling particularly down and stressed. Or do you associate with people who make you feel down and stressed?

Hint, if you want to feel better more of the time, associate more with the former and less with the latter. But that's not the point of today's daily dose. Today I would like you to say "thank you" to the people who have given you a boost over the last couple of days / weeks. It doesn't have to be a massive "thanks" just a heartfelt one. It doesn't cost anything and it makes both of you feel an awful lot better.

So for those people who have boosted me over the last couple of days - thank you. To all of you who send comments back to the website to generate discussion amongst the motivateme community - thank you. And most of all - thank you all for being part of the motivateme community. It's great to know this (almost) daily email is making a difference to you.

With love and thanks

Elle

Hi Elle,
Just wanted to say thanks for that! I took the time to say thank you yesterday (made me stop & think actually!) and it really gave me a huge sense of gratitude for what I have & the people who love & care for me.
I always look forward to my daily dose, thank you so much & you really do make a difference.
