Put your questions to bed
No matter how bad you think today has been, you will be given another chance tomorrow to make a difference.
So before you head off to your bed tonight, spend a few minutes and write down all the things that went well. Then one a separate sheet / page write down all the things you need to do tomorrow. Add any questions you need answers to, but don't attempt to answer them - just write down the questions that have been bothering you, then put the book down and focus on going to sleep. Let your subconscious take over as you go to sleep, and be prepared to have lots of answers tomorrow.
