Multi-tasking

I am attempting to get past S**m filters at the moment hence the change in msg headers. I'm also attempting to contact all the bounce backs individually to make sure you have me in your white list....sooner or later I will find a way to get these messages to you.
==================================

You can save a great deal of time by doing the same kinds of jobs at the same time. For instance, I add all new readers to the newsletter just before I send out that particular day's edition of the newsletter. That means I don't have to wait for the program to open multiple times, I can process all the information and then move on to the next task.

Similarly I pay all my bills in one go, write the next weeks letters, cards and wrap pressies in one sitting, and read all my "funnies" - all those emails I get sent during the week - in one go (well most of the time). Believe me it can save huge amounts of time - especially in the online world - do what you need to do, then close the site / program down. That way you don't get distracted by the open windows.

It is I suppose classic time management made simple. If you have to find scissors, tape, paper and cards for one gift, and you know you've got to find them again in a few days - surely it makes sense to do both at the same time? Well it does to me !!

If you're cooking dinner, add a bit more to the pot and take left overs to work for lunch the following day (save yourself some money too). Or batch cook, store and freeze.

Take some time over the next couple of days and see what you repeatedly do and see if you can't combine the tasks. Then let me know how much time you saved as a result... I'm just nosy that way.
