Clear thinking

Clarity - is the absence of doubt.
If you have no doubt about what you want to achieve there will be no fear.
If you have no fear about what you want to achieve, you will succeed - everytime.

Everything comes together when you are clear about what it is you want. Your words, your thoughts and your actions will be in complete alignment with each other.

But one caveat - make sure it is what you want - and not what you don't want - because when you say what you don't want, you will be focussing on the wrong thing.

So be careful about your choice of words they can make a huge difference to what you can and do achieve.

Change the negative to a positive...

I don't want to be fat becomes "I want to fit, healthy and 145lbs"
I want to quit smoking becomes "I want to have healthy lungs"
I want to pay off this lousy debt becomes "I have the money to pay my bills and have some left over to save / spend on ..."

To add your thoughts -
