9am Monday Morning

When you speak to most people about changing their life styles and the day they plan to start working on their goals, the most common day they say they are going to start is Monday morning. They say (totally believing themselves this time) that on Monday morning great things are going to happen. It's like waiting for January 1st (add year) to begin.

That's what makes it so silly. We know, and so do they (if they are totally honest) that if a decision needs to be made, then NOW is the only time there is. Waiting until 9am on a Monday morning will only make things worse. And the main reason is because if you wait, you can find all sorts of excuses not to begin when that time comes around. Other things can and do get in the way - if YOU let them.

If something means enough to you, you will begin now. Won't you?

Totally agreed.
We should never put conditons on our goals.
This is like creating execuses even before you commit to a goal.
