Little things can add up to massive changes over time

What you do today will have a profound impact on what you achieve - tomorrow and into the future.

If you don't think that saving a single dollar every day won't make a difference, consider $1 multiplied by 365 days = well I'm sure you can do the math. But you get my point. It may not seem like very much at the time - but day by day you can build on your successes and by the end of the week you can have moved on by 7% by the end of a month by 30%, and of course by the end of a year by a massive 365%. Money is the easiest thing to count, but it could be anything. Do 1 push up today, and add just one more tomorrow and one more the day after that - by the end of a week you should be able to do 7 - what difference do you think that would make to your body shape? Strength? Stamina? How toned do you think you will be if you add just one more to your count so that by the end of day 30 you'll be doing 30 without any problem at all.

What about eating one more piece of fruit than yesterday or drinking one less glass of wine. How about making one more phone call today or hand writing one thank you note to a client for doing business with you. If you do one a day, at the end of 30 days you will have touched the hearts of 30 clients and customers - and believe me in the days of electronic everything, spam and junk mail - who's not going to think good things about someone who has taken the time to hand write them a letter? Oh and don't use it as an excuse to stick a sales flyer in the same envelope - you will undo all the good work and good will you have taken the time to generate.

It may not seem like very much but making one small change today can see massive changes in the not too distant future.
