Achieving goals that matter
Anyone can set goals. Not everyone can be bothered to achieve them.
Those people who are always saying - one day I'm going to .... are the ones who's goals don't mean anything to them. They're not rich enough, or powerful enough to make them get out of bed in the morning. By rich I mean in detail. If your goal is rich in detail, how can you not be excited about them? Believe me when I say - if you're not excited about your dreams and goals - then how are you going to get anyone else to be excited about them either?
Goals need to matter to you. You need a big enough reason to set them in the first place but have the drive and ambition to complete them. People who don't know very much about goal achievement don't understand a goal is a road. The road may twist and turn or it may take you straight there. The difference is you and the reasons why you want to achieve them.
When the why is big enough, the how will take care of itself. And the road will be a smoother, straighter one.
