Overcome the procrastination habit by - deciding not to give up or give in.
When we talk about overcoming the procrastination, we are of course talking about your life. That's YOUR life. Not mine, or the neighbours, but yours.
Are you willing to let others dictate what you do and how well you are going to do it. Or are you going to take control of your life and decide once and for all, that nothing is going to get in your way of what you want to achieve, see, do and be?
If you are the person holding YOU back, then it's time to decide whether or not the goals you said you wanted to achieve - are important to you. On a scale of one - can't be bothered) to - ten - absolutely - I want it and I want to achieve it now.... decide where your goals lie. Only then will you decide whether you can be bothered to get up in a morning.
But we're not just talking about those "goals" we say we have. But everything that we do, every day. Our jobs, our personal development, our homes, our families, our kids, our hobbies - how do you really feel about them? Bear in mind - most things can be changed....except the kids - hard to give them back once you've had them :-) but jobs - they can be changed, so can houses and so can your living environment - assuming its not just your attitude that needs changing that is.
Once you have decided how important your life is to you, then and only then will you be able to decide whether or not you are willing to give up and carry on doing the same things in the same way and of course, getting exactly the same outcome. Or whether you are going to make some major changes and of course get some amazing results.
