Question, think, plan and adjust

At the end of each day, take time to think, review and adjust your plans and your strategies to reach your goals - every day.

  • Measure your performance - how can you review your progress properly if you don't?
  • If it's important - diarise it...then keep your appointments - including those you have with yourself. If it says - gym, then go to the gym. If it says - return your phone calls, then start dialling.
  • Everything is important.
  • We are creatures of habits - usually bad ones.
  • Habits are those things we don't think we have, until we try and change them.
  • When you stop and think about it - most people fail to act.
  • The best question to ask yourself is WHY? Why are you doing that in that way?
  • The second best question is HOW? How can you do "it" better?
  • Live in the now, but keep one eye on the future
