Question, think, plan and adjust
At the end of each day, take time to think, review and adjust your plans and your strategies to reach your goals - every day.
- Measure your performance - how can you review your progress properly if you don't?
- If it's important - diarise it...then keep your appointments - including those you have with yourself. If it says - gym, then go to the gym. If it says - return your phone calls, then start dialling.
- Everything is important.
- We are creatures of habits - usually bad ones.
- Habits are those things we don't think we have, until we try and change them.
- When you stop and think about it - most people fail to act.
- The best question to ask yourself is WHY? Why are you doing that in that way?
- The second best question is HOW? How can you do "it" better?
- Live in the now, but keep one eye on the future
