Persistence pays off
I have had technology problems for a couple of weeks. Process of elimination and we've thrown away the old desktop computer, replaced the modem and all of the cables...et voila - back online and at a much faster speed.
It may not seem like much, but we had to persist. Take each component and try the different parameters. And eventually I found the combination that worked.
But it was frustrating.
Very frustrating.
But my technology problems highlighted something to me and it has to do with goal achievement.
1. You must be willing to try and keep on trying
2. You must be willing to spend time working out the right combination
3. YOU need to want "it" so badly you will keep on with points 1 and 2 until you achieve your goal. Is that why most people don't succeed?
If your goals are not important you will not do the work, you won't find the solutions and you won't be able to move forwards.
