Non-striving time

In order to achieve many great and wondrous things, we need to find balance. In amongst my hectic lifestyle I NEED to find time to walk and to exercise. But when the view is this good - it's no longer exercise, but pleasure.

Find time to stop occassionally, your mind and your body will be grateful.

This is the view from the river side of the Kwinana Fwy between south perth and canning bridge...the view is of Crawley and the Swan River at 7.15am

It was cold, it was gorgeous and I wish you'd been with me to enjoy the walk.

I plan to get to the other side of Como Jetty next week (different starting point) let me know if you want to join me.
