Time gentlemen please

How do you treat time?

- Are you on time for appointments?
- Do you return phone calls in a timely manner?
- Do you let clients know if you are going to be late?
- Do you treat other people’s time as you would your own? No-one likes to be kept waiting, so why should you keep others waiting for you.

The way you treat time is a good example of your commitment to overcoming procrastination. If you can’t be bothered to get out of bed in a morning are you going to be bothered about working on your goals?

Every day you are given 24 hours to use in whatever way you want, and therein lies part of the problem. We think we have an endless supply of time at our disposal, we rarely give much thought to an individual day, all that I ask is that you give time the respect it deserves.

With many thoughts
Elle
