Seasons Greetings
Tis the season
* To be with family and friends
* To share a meal or two
* To give without the real expectation of receiving anything other than thanks in return
* To give thanks for everything you do receive and to be grateful for everyone in your life
One of the habits I have cultivated over the years is that of gratitude. Being thankful and saying thank you for everything. Not everyone will hear it from me personally, I don't know the people who grew the coffee beans that made my morning coffee a possibility, but I can say a "thank you" to them. Try it - you'd be amazed at how many things you have to be grateful for.
The other beautiful thing about saying thank you is the feeling of incredible peace it gives you. And isn't that one of the things we are hoping for each Christmas - Peace and goodwill to all "men"?
So as we get ourselves ready for this evening and whatever it may bring, whether you believe in the tradition or not. I would like to say a very big thank you for being part of my life. For being incredibly supportive of the message I am trying to pass on and for each and every success you have had and have shared with me... thank you.
I'll speak to you again in a couple of days, but in the meantime
Be safe and look after each other because I can't be there to watch over you all.
