90 days and counting

Only follow in the footsteps of the people who know where they are going
Day 10 - 100 day challenge

If you had only 90 days left to achieve your goal, after which time the opportunity had gone forever - would you be happy to waste a single moment, let alone any 1 of those precious 90 days? Well if you think about it, we have just worked our way through the first 90 days of 2010.

If you used the start of the year to begin the challenge again, I'm sure you will have seen some major changes already for the year which is really exciting. Are you on track to achieve your first 100 day challenge for this year? I re-started a month ago which just goes to prove it doesn't matter what day you decide to make some changes, just that you do.

With many thoughts

Motivational Tip: Exercise – Improve your mood
---------------------------

It has been said that a 30-40 minute walk on a daily basis can help with depression. If you are feeling down, the last thing you probably want to do is go for a walk, really though it should be the first thing you do. Experts are divided over why – it may be because serotonin is released after exercise, it may just be the air going into your lungs, or the physical movement of walking. Of course it may be something else entirely, but one thing the experts do agree on and that is this – walking does improve your mood.
