All things are possible if you take away the excuses
If you take away everyone's usual excuses of
* I don't time
* I don't have the energy or the best one
* I don't have enough money
Then everything becomes possible, which is quite exciting.
But how can you say that when there isn't any money in the bank, the kids are running you ragged and you don't feel like you have a spare five minutes to yourself let alone any time to work on your goals, well I'll let you into the biggest secret there is.....
Ready?
You will always find the time, energy and money to do what you really want to do.
Sometimes it takes a shift in focus, sometimes it takes a shift in planning and sometimes it means you take a good long and hard look at your budget and where you waste money to determine you can save for and achieve your goal. A friend's son decided he wanted a car, he had a job (he was washing dishes) - but decided that instead of spending his evenings and weekends going out partying with his mates - just because he was 18 and could legally drink, didn't mean he had to. Instead he stayed in, watched movies, his mates went to him and he was able to save enough money to buy his first car (and all the associated bits n pieces such as inusrance) within 4 months of setting his target.
It's amazing what you can achieve once you set yourself a target, and one that YOU WANT TO HIT
And you know I'm right because you have all experienced that moment at least once in your life, the trick is to recreate it.
To begin this process you need to remove the words "I don't have" from your vocabulary - starting now, and see a shift in what you can achieve. Go on I double dare you.
With many thoughts

Motivational Tip: Weight Loss - Gardening
---------------------------
According to a number of websites and books I’ve read, gardening is a great all round exercise for the body AND it burns mega calories too. An average 70kg person can burn over 300 calories by weeding the garden for an hour, mowing the lawn burns another 300 calories per hour. Don't believe me - http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-burned-weeding-a175
If you want to double the exercise you do AND burn a lot of calories at the same time, then gardening may be a good way to keep fit and lose weight.
