Baselines and reviews

Every day you decide to work on your dreams and goals you are starting from a brand new baseline. That baseline is now - today. What you did yesterday was a good starting point, your foundation stone for where you begin today's process.

But it is what you do today that makes the biggest difference.

We can all get faked out and sit back and say, yesterday was great, I did really well yesterday.

Let me put it this way - Yesterday and all the previous baseline yesterday's mean little if you don't build on that starting point - today.

When it comes to overcoming the procrastination habit, yesterday was good but it's gone, finished, over. Tomorrow doesn't count - all that counts is what you do TODAY.

Ask yourself:
- What was so great about yesterday?
- What can you do to better yesterday?
- What can you do today so you have a much better baseline tomorrow?

Here's to today's strong foundations

only you can solve your problems, all I can hope to do is ask the right questions to make you think, make you question, make you ask is what I am doing the right thing or do I need to get some help in some areas. If I can inspire you to take action to tackle one of your "problem" areas or issues that have been bothering you - maybe get a personal trainer, or a business coach or tutor then I feel I have done OK. If not, then I need to do some more work. Although I do know that not every post will hit the right nerve for you, some may do and that's all I can hope for.
