Don't forget to say it ....

I would just like to wish all the fathers out there a Happy Fathers Day, I sincerely hope you have a wonderful day.

As most of you know I now live in Perth, Western Australia, so when I heard my father was poorly we made arrangements to go home to spend some time with him, unfortunately we landed back in the UK the day before the funeral... we thought we had time, we didn't.

Jet lag came in very handy that day let me tell you.

This post is not meant to be "sad" just a reminder that we may think we have all the time in the world - sometimes we don't.

Live your dreams, live your life to the absolute best you can, but always make time to speak to those you love, and if you are physically close (both in distance and emotionally) words can never say as much as a hug can.....
