4 Q's you need to ask to keep your goal front of mind

Keep your goals front of mind by asking yourself these 4 simple questions:

1. What are you doing?
2. Why are you doing it?
3. What should you be doing?
4. What should you be doing next?

If what you are doing (1) is not what you should be doing, and you don't have a good enough reason (2) then I would suggest you need to look at what you say your goal is. Re-definite if necessary, but to succeed you do need to ensure that your goal is something you say you want to achieve... then Q's 3 and 4 become easy.
