Is everything OK?

Are you sure?

A lot of people tell me they don't need to change ANYTHING about their lives, they're doing just fine thanks very much.

Really? I always ask with a raised eyebrow.

  • So your family is doing OK?
  • You've got time to work on your hobbies as well as your job and have time to spend with family and friends?
  • Your health, level of fitness and waistline is OK?
  • How about your finances and level of spending vs debt?
  • How is your school work going?
  • What about your business? Got more work than you can handle right now?
  • How's your sleeping pattern? Getting enough? Sleep that is?

I could keep going, but I'm sure you get my point.

We can be lulled into a sense that we are doing OK, no really - everything is just fine. Truthfully though most of us can benefit from another look at all aspects of our lives and take time to work out what it is we are missing / missing out on / not spending enough time on / completely neglecting.

So my challenge for you today is that - be honest with yourself, are all aspects of your life in balance, or do you need to make some changes?

With many thoughts

Elle
